A daughter of God, wife, certified health & life coach and momma to 3 angel babies. For the last few years, I’ve fought God and tried to understand, why me? I know, I’m meant to be a mom. I’m just waiting on God’s leisurely timing and battling with my mind, body & spirit while trying to keep up with social pressures and timelines. I finally realized, I was trying to run another woman’s race instead of running the race God graciously planned for me. I needed to grow, check my motives and allow God to work through me in my waiting season. With God, I strengthened my trust, changed my approach to health and attained a sound mind. The simple steps I took, brought me emotional stability and renewed hope I’d make it to my finish line, healthy and well, for the current season & future (mama) season. And I’m here to share them with you. It's good to share our stories because it can lead to healing but we, also, have to decide are we going to stay stuck in that story(anger, guilt, shame) or move forward into a new one(hope, joy, contentment).
